If I put on the HBT coach hat for the offseason I would do this:
after last night I would tell the guys to take the rest of the week off and next Monday have individual meetings with each player. First the leaving seniors to thank them for their effort, Then any players that are likely to be processed or transfer, then juniors, then mickey (if staying), Martin, TQ. I would tell the players before they come in I want them to write down their 2 worst games and why, 2 best games and why. Their weak points and their strong points also where they feel they are on the team right now and their goal for themselves and the team. I would review it with them and compare to how I felt as the coach. I would start with the things to work on and then do the positives. After that I would tell each of them to meet with a trainer to get their new diet. Then hold a overall team meeting where each player writes down their goal for the team next year along side mine.

After that once the semester is over they would get new housing. I don't care how it has to be done but it will be done. The team will live together in one complex with a guard and forward in each room.
Next, would be summer training and I would start them with at least a 3 mile run around campus. It would be a visible run so other students see how hard the guys are working. I would also make it so that students or fans are always welcome at the offseason training.
After the 3 mile run to start the day practice would break down into this: Point guards- hickey, TQ starting at the 3 point line and getting to the elbow and pulling up for a jumper. Then they would have to decide jumper or attack the rim.
Shooting guards and Small forwards: 3 point shooting from all around the arc. uncontested at first, then with a teammate closing out, finally working on driving by a bad close out.

Power forwards and centers: I would have them working on post moves, working on pick and roll, pick and slips and working high/low passes.

After the position drills I would start with 2 on 1 just working the half court offense. TQ and Hickey with the ball, someone guarding them and then Mickey, Martin, our bigs on the block. Point guards read the defense and either pop at the elbow or dish it to the big once he is in a good position. Then move to add a second defender and a guy to run baseline. If he is on the same side as the ball teach him to fill the correct space for 3, if he is opposite ball then cut for the alley.

Then i would end the day with 5 on 5 non stop press scrimmage. once the scrimmage is over 100 made free throws before they can go home.
