It's also very possible that she's finally settled into not being afraid of not being fed. Sometimes when dogs go to a new home they feel the instinct to eat as often and as much as they can because they aren't yet secure with their food supply. After 2 months she knows that her bowl will be filled everyday and she's only eating on an as needed basis which is a good thing.
