I'm assuming the people who are saying we will have 100 people there are not following anything. It's pretty well known we have enough to already fill up an entire section on our own. Throw in the fact that Jordan Mickey said he's got somewhere in the range of 30-40 people coming just to see him...I'm gonna say 600-700.

Many people don't care about the NIT, but it's well known SMU probably should have been in the tourney, and LSU is extremely talented. This is a great NIT game and will have a electric atmosphere.

But no way we sit in the section we had planned on. My guess is many SMU fans will immediately go to that section to clog it up.

I read the post on the SMU board that we had bought 1000 tickets.

Anyone know how early we'll need to arrive to get a decent seat in the general admission seating?

This is about as good of an NIT game as you will find. Alot of talking heads have talked about being excited for this one. Two very interesting up-and-coming programs going head to head.

LSU has recruited very, very well in Dallas area since Jones has come to LSU and it will be another opportunity to have our name out there. Jordan Mickey already, Elbert Robinson next year, and we are working on 5* Elijah Thomas who is Jordan Mickey's cousin and in the 2015 class.

Elijah Thomas will be at the game tonight.
