Postgame traffic on gourrier

LSU needs to come up with a better plan for traffic heading to river road. People were in both lanes tonight so i assumed contraflow was in effect only to get to the end and have the cop blocking the left lane. This is the second time I've seen this happen this year. Tonight sure seemed like the perfect night for contraflow. Why do they even pay an officer to sit down there? At least he could direct traffic instead of just sitting in his car collecting a paycheck.
