The officials allow these guys to carry on almost every possession and these guys grabbing the ball and jumping ate traveling everytime but never get called.
They don't have to learn to dribble properly.

Yeah I still don't understand how every pg seems to turn the ball over in their hand on every dribble and yet it's ok

This is exactly what I'm trying to get across.
It seems that every player carries the ball every possession.
Basketball has changed in that regard
