The black man who paints the front of our store buildings for $600.oo a store needed to pay his phone bill that day. We could not loan him the money,against corporate rules, so he left to go sell his $300 worth of food stamps[snap] for $100 cash to pay his phone bill. I saw a woman in front of me at Kroger buy $112.00 of meat,pies,cakes,etc. and in the lobby another woman gave her $60 cash for the groceries. That's selling your food stamps purchase for cash at half value. Saw 2 other women buy $300 worth of groceries then take a lot to WM service desk and return a lot for cash,they walked right over with the cash from stamps and bought cigarettes and beer. It's terribly abused and fraudulently used, no one cares. If you said anything,you are a Racist and mean.
