Yeah. A lot of times refs just don't call the foul and give the rightful team the ball instead of the touch foul and I'm 100% ok with that. But replay screws that up

So you want to replay everything to now call fouls on replay?
Yeah, that would be great.
Lets it expand it to the NFL - where we can now call PI or holding on reviews of whether a receiver caught the ball in bounds.

This. Been saying exactly this for a while. It's a compromise call, but then the replay fricks it up.
