Yeah he already has the Christmas trees that's why bob would want to fish on his side. And there's no way in hell joe would willing let bob go on his side bc joe is a real dick. These property lines are not by joe and bobs homes. They are behind the levee. So bob is taking a chance that maybe joe won't be checking his land that day but if joe did check his land bob and joe would have words over it bc of the type of person joe is.

Would it make a difference if this pond was being fed by the Mississippi River? Then wouldn't it technically be considered part of the river which no one owns?
