If you want the best offers, you gotta look harder than that. I recommend flytertalk. They can rig those advertisements to give you the best offers at certain links. The internet is kooky like that.

As I said, I was targeted for the 50,000 point offer. IE they sent the offer via the mail to get me to sign up, which I obliged them.

However, if you PHYSICALLY walk into a Chase bank, supposedly you should be able to get the same offer I did. I'm lazy and preferred to do it all from home once I got that envelope.
