The decision to abort a fetus after an incidence of rape or incest should certainly be decided within the first 20 weeks of the pregnancy, right?

What if it's the rape of a minor who may be scared to admit what happened, resulting in the pregnancy not being known until after 20 weeks?

If that happened to my daughter I would either make her carry the baby to term and give it up for adoption or go to a state that didn't have the 20 week limit. I would probably be in prison for murder so I wouldn't have much say.

Don't care. Life isn't fair. Bad shite happens sometimes. The baby didn't commit the rape. A life's a life. Give it up for adoption if they can't deal with that.

Killing a defenseless human being is surely the right thing to do in this situation.
