Another draft showing Mosely could fall to us!!!!!!!
LINK
I can't think of a better 1st round pick than him. Especially with thim having us pick fricking Trent Murphy in Round 2.........

I will be honest with y'all we don't need Him. What Alabama Lb pan out in the NFL none. They be alright players in the League no all Pro's. A cb or a great pass rusher. What hides a weak secondary a great pass rush. And the saints don't have a weak secondary.

Derrick Thomas wasn't bad
DeMeco Ryans good for a 2nd Rder
Mosley might qualify as a Must-Pick on value alone regardless of position. Might I say!

hate bama but he is a very good player and not the typical over rated bama bullshite

He's was talking about Saban's LB's. Most have underperformed their NFL expectations. Scouts expected them to be dominant, but while they are good players, none of them seem to have been worth 1st round picks. Hightower is the best out of them and even he needed a couple years to get adjusted to the NFL.
Now most of y'all are overlooking how undersized Mosley is. He's never gotten over 235 pounds and has never been a beast at stopping the run. Don't give a shite if y'all disagree but a 1st round MLB needs to be able to stop NFL runningbacks. Mosley will have trouble with pro style blockers and runningbacks. Because of that is why he might drop down in the draft. Even when most expected him to be a top 10-15 pick. Wouldn't even be shocked to see him go in the 2nd round.

He will not drop that far.
But hypothetically, if he does, you can't pass on him. He would be a huge value pick. With him the Saints would have outstanding talents at every level of the defense; Dline, LB, CB and S.

he's bigger than Hawthorne.
Same height as Lofton but definitely a few pounds lighter.

Roman Harper
Mark Ingram
Were not fan favorites.
Saints are building to be a defensive team in the post-Brees years and LB is the only hole on that side. Wouldn't be opposed.

Seems like a lot of mocks are starting to have Mosley falling:
SI Mock, Mosley to Saints
WalterFootball, #31 to Denver
ETA: Charles Davis has Mosley at 22, but then again he has Aaron Donald falling to Seattle at 32. Bucky Brooks has him at 31 to Denver. LINK

Thanks for understanding what I was saying. And you're right he will have a hard time going against pro styles offense.

We still need at #2 CB. But if Mosley is there you draft him.

You speak the truth.
I'm willing to bet a week off if Mosley is available the Saints will draft him.
