Since it's not getting much support, I'll second this. I've used it for years. $4 auto trades (Tuesday only) and $7 trades. Also works great with Capital One if you use them.

I use Capital One and Sharebuilder and I am very pleased with both. For Sharebuilder I do their Advantage Automatic Investing plan. Costs $12 a month and you get 12 free trades with it. So a mere $1 for automatic investments..tough to beat.
