Don’t eat it all at once or a lot of it yourself, big makos have high mercury content and you can get mercury poisoning if you eat too much. Had a friend as a poor student someone gave him a big mako and he ate it and had a case of mercury poisoning – good news is you can flush it out w /exercise and water but it’s a bad neurotoxin. They are at top of the food chain and get it thru bioaccumulation of being a top predator and living a long time
