Should the Rays move to Montreal?

I know people like to spout off Portland, San Antonio, and even Charlotte and LV for possible locations, but I think Montreal would be best.
* Portland is too small and I question their dedication to baseball.
* San Antonio would never happen because of the Texas sized hissy fits the Rangers and Astros would throw.
* Charlotte just isn't big enough to support baseball IMO.
* LV would never happen for obvious reasons. (gambling)
I know Montreal failed before, but with a franchise owned by Jeffrey Loria who sold every good player and had incompetent management, any city would fail. Montreal had tremendous attendance in their history. Also, Olympic stadium is a big fricking turd. PLus, attendance would be helped by playing in the same division as the Blue Jays.
Can't do worse than Tampa IMO. And don't give me the "St. Pete is the problem. Move the stadium to Tampa" BS. The Bucs are in tampa and have been blacked out often, even during the good years under Gruden. I think it's just that Florida is a lost fricking state when it comes to pro sports. Too many transplants.
As for the Marlins, they fricked with that new stadium. If that stadium hadn't been built though, a move to Orlando or Portland might have worked for them.

Houston needs a major league team.

Attendance just isn't as important as it once was, no reason to move the Rays other than that.

Austin.
Largest city in the country without a major pro franchise and our AAA team, the Round Rock Express, lead the minors in attendance regularly.

What about Vancouver? May be too close to Seattle, though

The Carolina's love some baseball. Canada, not so much.

I was in Montreal last week, it was 8 degrees below zero. Their baseball stadium was built for the Olympics in '76. Hank Aaron was still playing when that stadium was built.

Why the Rays and not the fricking Marlins? Talk about an area undeserving of a MLB team.

The Rays aren't going anywhere.

The Rays should move to Tampa
I don't know if you've ever been there, but getting to the stadium in St Pete is not even easy for the people that live next to it. Build a stadium near the Bucs stadium, people will be more likely to attend games.

I think they Marlins get moved before the Rays. As long as they keep winning and making the playoffs they will scrape by.
I love the dome stadium and their Unis would hate to lose them.
Even sayin that I hated to see the Expos leave.
