Unless they ate the meat raw, there is 0% chance that the purported LSD would have been active. Not to mention that the chances of someone actually taking the time to contaminate meat with LSD is incredibly small.

LSD is very sensitive to heat. I doubt these people ate it raw, they were looking for a payday.
