Then tell her she needs to get that squared away so she can be ready for a real relationship.

I'm not being flippant here. If she's got legit issues (rape trauma, for example) that she needs to deal with, that doesn't make her a lesser person. But if she is going to withdraw for no apparent reason then she just isn't ready whether the reasons are legit or not.
