Someone at work used a standing desk for a while.
Since a treadmill isn't practical for 95% of office workers you should at least get up on the hour and walk around for a few minutes.

I worked for a Swedish company for a while. Every single person in the office had electric desks thatcould be raised on hydraulic lifts so people could stand and work. I actually liked it. However I don't think the treadmill would have been so great. Also, I would think it would be hard to type and my typing is bad enough as it is.
