Considering you profited the exact same amount off your investment as you would have if he had succeeded and become a billion dollar company - you were a chump to begin with.



I fail to get kickstarter. I get charity - and I get investment - kickstarter it seems tries to be the worst of both.

The point of kickstarter is to give money for ideas.


It is NOT a donation, and this guy is in the wrong morally and by the spirit of the TOS of Kickstarter.


You aren't investing in a company as much as you are prebuying their product.
