And thats the biggest issue with our laws, we need to adopt something like texas has to encourage, not discourage, brewery growth.

Didn't Jester King have to sue the TABC before the legislature would consider some of the recent changes?

I completely agree that LA needs to change the laws, but I dont see any craft brewery in LA who is willing to take this head on like JK did.
