Id think it being a pain in the arse on consumer side for beer would encompass your statement. Its harder for everyone not already in the beer game in Louisiana to get in the beer game.

And thats the biggest issue with our laws, we need to adopt something like texas has to encourage, not discourage, brewery growth.
