I would think that after one, you'd sort of learn to come to a complete stop there. And definitely after the second one, but then there one where I live that I've gotten like 4 or 5, but in my defense, they weren't all from the same direction.

Notorious intersection for that failure to come to a complete stop violation. I got one back in September at the same spot, never paid it and now I'm starting to get the angry letters.
They also keep adding fines to the total, so the $117 is not around $175.
