Are you thin boned, and not very wide in shoulders?

I´m 6´1, 215, but I´m also 51. At your age, I was 6´1 205.

I have broad shoulders. People laugh at me when I tell them I am trying to lose weight. I just feel better at about 200 lbs. I need about one cup of coffee instead of three. Things like that

You're not eating nearly enough.

And you need to eat cleaner.

You seem to be eating pretty clean as is, be careful of ground turkey though, sometimes has a lot of fat to make up for taste.

Have you been eating like this already.

More natural foods.

You look ok for a starter plan but you need protein at each meal. Greek yogurt is laden with sugar and that fiber one bar is not doing anything good for you.

Add some egg whites to your breakfast. Drink them if you don't mind the consistency (I recommend All Whites), get rid of the yogurt and oatmeal, add in a piece of fruit and some veggies.

Lunch should be lots of protein and veggies, same with dinner. Snacks throughout the day can be hardboiled eggs.

And FWIW, if you want to "lose 10 lbs" are you talking about losing fat? Because you can also gain 10 lbs and look like you've actually lost it if you start lifting.

ETA: What kind of turkey meat? That can be high in fat, and are they processed or homemade?

That too. I only eat fruit in the AM though. No fruit after 2pm and I'm going to begin carb backloading after I lift.

exactly. A piece prior to working out doesn´t hurt at all, however.

Yes. Oranges are a good choice.

I know someone who drinks a homemade juice before she works out. It's usually green and helps hydrate. She uses it as a natural pre-workout.

I have a question for the work out crew.. I've been lifting consistently the past couple years but have never fully included barbell squat and know I need to.

The problem is not the weight or not wanting to. It's that I don't have full flexibility or something in my shoulders. I can comfortably put the bar on the back of my neck but can't get my hands behind it to comfortably grab it.. This is with any weight. It gets to wear the best I can do is have an extremely wide grip which also isn't ideal. Any stretches or exercises I could do to remedy this? I really want to implement squat

Tl;dr shoulder inflexibility to grab bar while trying to squat. Thx
