If Luke has these great Jedi powers, then why is he dragging his near dead dad?

I'm no star wars geek...but isnt there some caveat where Jedi arent supposed to let emotion take over?


Think about it..he was basically an amateur Jedi.


Finding your dying father would be very emotional.


I dont think a Jedi was dragging Darth Vader out of the death star...a son was dragging Anakin Skywalker out of the Death Star.

Because he had just had an exhausting light saber dual and after that was force lightninged to the edge of death?

also, why is he young Anikin but it's old Obiwan when they show up at the furby party?
