They only have rights to the servitude and road right of way. Your parking lot probably is not on servitude, so you could have a legitimate beef.

They actually cleaned up pretty good. The whole area from the edge of the parking lot to the ditch is nothing but mud now, but at least they flattened it out. Also, they were pulling wire so I assume that's the fiber everyone talks about
