Its not the 60s. THC levels have skyrocketed because thats what gets you high, but CBD levels have remained the same

1) no one can actually state whether that's true or not (minor alterations in chemical balance can cause major changes)
2) concentrated and taken in lower amounts= not necessarily bad
Concentrated and taken in same amounts = much more likely to be bad- ex: I can drink a gallon of beer and be drunk. I probably could not drink a gallon of vodka and be well off. Same idea, if you have a smaller amount because it's more highly concentrated (again, assuming ratios all left untouched), then there's not much real concern. But doing the same amount at higher concentrations is, currently, neither proven to be good not bad, though more likely to have negative side effects.
