I agree, but this is a worthier cause than most, and he does have a personal involvement. Maybe more people will listen because it's him and not some random citizen telling the same story.

I have no problem with celebrities/athletes using their fame to further causes like this. I'm willing to bet the majority of them that support causes or foundations are doing it for more than just to have their picture in the paper.
Better than hearing the Kardashian bullshite.
