I went to Tahiti (Papeete, Moorea, Bora Bora) on mine. Greatest place ever, but super-expensive.

I recommend Kauai either The Grand Hyatt Resort (my happy spot) or Princeville (Tahiti-like scenery). The St. Regis is the super-high-end resort there. Maybe four nights at one and three at the other. You will thank me later.

Did you stay in any bungalows over the water? That is one thing that I would want to do is stay a few nights in a bungalow. Do you mind telling a little more about your trip and some things to do there. I really want to do Tahiti but I've got to suck it up regarding the bill.

This. Nothing like staying in America and having an America standard of living and still be in paradise.

Kauai is the least populated island in Hawaii that us haoles can go to.

Maui is also good to go to if you want to do other things on your honeymoon besides bump uglies.

I believe Tahiti is off of my list. The trip will be too much for this go around. Regarding Kauai, Hawaii what are the best places to stay? So far the recommendations have been
St. Regis
Grand Hyatt

I am looking for additional options that TD members have stayed at. I want to spend about 3 night at St. Regis and 3 nights at one other resort for a little less.
