Holy shite that link looks like a lot of work.
Just look up a recipe on food.com.
I normally don't contribute if I don't have a recipe but I will make two points.
1. Don't skimp on worchestire sauce. It tastes awesome in this dish.
2. Put the mashed potatoes in an icing bag and use it to make a layer of teardrops on the top. The top should look something like a meat tenderizing mallet. Then sprinkle cheese on top and put it under a low broil. When the cheese starts melting, up broil to high until the tops of the potato peaks start browning like a marangue. Makes for awesome presentation.
