technically yes. He pulled me over in a 55 mph zone a good 200 hundred yards from the 50 mph zone. either way, i was going no more than 60 at any point. he was coming from the other direction.

My POS work car could never attain that speed that fast if I wanted it to.

i once hear a traffic court judge say, that if everyone who said their car would not go as fast as they were accused of going was telling the truth...no one would ever be speeding.

ETA: i love how ever one of these threads is about a "B.S. ticket" when the OP was actually speeding...
