Just one thing to put into consideration, only 1 of those owners still has their team playing in a stadium that is 20+ years old.

If their scouting was that good, they wouldn't have waited until the 6th round to draft a HOF QB.

Let's put another thing in consideration. Only one of those owners has had three different GMs win Executive of the Year and three different coaches win Coach of Year in their tenure.

This, like most lists, really does not matter. Benson has been a pretty good owner for the last 10 or 15 years or so. He has been willing to shell out the bucks. he hires people and lets them do their job. when they do not succeed in their job, he fires them.

Whatever happened re; Katrina/San Antonio/leaving, is water under the bridge. They stayed and now the Pelicans have stayed too.

I'm glad Benson is the owner.

Are you actually asking the relevance of nfl stadiums to the nfl owners?

Yes, Benson just had some big renovations done to the Mercedes Benz Superdome, but a lot of the renovations were to bring the Mercedes Benz Superdome into this century.

So Wylf in MN is a good owner b/c he wheeled and dealed and bribed and got a new stadium?

That just means he'll be making more money. It doesn't put a quality team om the field

While I would have him much lower than the list has him, but the way an owner gets things done doesn't negate the fact of what he is bringing to his franchise.

It was luck. I think it was Bill Belickick who was asked if he knew the type of player that Tom Brady was going to be. He responded that if he had known then he wouldn't have waited until the 6th round to draft him.

How quickly people forget Katrina.

Tom making the move to stay out of the way post Katrina after starting the relocation bullshite is the best thing this franchise has ever had happen to it.

Not going to edit, but should have said in comparison to Lambeau Field.
Lambeau field is the most historic stadium in the nfl IMO, with the only one coming close being Soldier Field (even though it is older)

There are few stadiums/parks in any sport that shouldn't be rebuilt or torn down. The only 2 nfl stadiums in that list are Lambeau and Soldier Field IMO.
