If James O'Keefe is sincere with his investigation, his unedited raw footage should be enough. I don't see how Texas , of all states, doesn't go after them.
Why would the Texas Attorney General not want to persecute this cases? Also, What is the penalty for violating Texas Election codes. I don't think their any loophole or the code being in conflict with another code/law. Seems clear cut

It is. The linked video makes that point.
It will be difficult for the mainstream media to jump into this race and show how close Texas was to turning blue without mentioning this issue.

Tricky situation for the AG considering he is Wendy Davis' opponent in the gubernatorial race. I can just hear the screams of "witch hunt" and conflict of interest from the left now. I wonder if Greg Abbott would recuse himself from such an investigation in that case.
