I served as a Senator for 8 years under Reagan and witnessed a Presidential Executive Order. What we are seeing Obama do is NOT what it was intended to do and is unconstitutional.
Plus, we all take turns complaining about how stupid people in the House and Senate are. It's not far fetched.
