This team has two seniors and two 3 year starting juniors in the eight man rotation. What upperclassmen leadership are they missing due to early departures?

The ones that weren't there for the current seniors and juniors when they were fresh/soph newbies. But I guess early departures aren't only to the NBA, but also for disciplinary or academic issues as well. Whatever reason, I think it has a cumulative effect and contributes to a lot of the kinds of inconsistencies we see on this current crop of LSU basketball Tigers.
