There is Perry's in Webster if you're looking for a good steak?
I've only been in that area a couple of times so I don't know any of the mom and pop places but I enjoyed the steak at Perry's last time I was in the area.

Shearn's at Moody Gardens hotel is also pretty good for a steak.
