What is your solution to making us a playoff team?

Obviously getting everyone healthy would be nice, but would that be enough?
Who should we get rid of ?
Who should we look to get ?
Do we need a new coach?
Our team when healthy
PG - Holliday, Roberts, Rivers
SG - Gordon, Evans, Morrow
SF - Aminu, Miller, Babbitt
PF - Davis, Anderson
C - Smith, Steimsma, Ajinca, Withey
and add Pierre Jackson in at some point

I think a worthy coach couldn't find a better, younger team to come in and mold into a winner. I think we need someone with experience, George Karl definitely has that

Does anyone else NOT overreact after every loss? There are 82 games and someone is going crazy after each one. One game doesn't make a season, mate.
If we were losing with a totally healthy roster then I could understand.
People just need to relax and accept this season for what it is and made hold out hope for a healthy roster to end the season where we may possibly get a glimpse of what we have going forward.

Based on what we have to work with now, when healthy?
I see us doing a salary dump of Gordon, bringing in a more rounded 3, and then looking to see what opportunities arise with regards to shooters and/or servicable bigs.
I'm leaning toward a new coach if we can get one who knows how to use a big man and run an offense, with Stan Van Gundy being my choice thanks to what he was able to do with Howard and an otherwise limited Magic roster.
Pierre Jackson looks to be a good bench scorer, though his defense is an unknown quantity.
Rivers' offense is coming along when he gets minutes on the floor.
We need to fill the hole at the 5 long-term, but I can see us getting away with a guy playing 20 minutes a night there if the idea is that Davis plays a lot of his minutes at the 5 with Anderson playing at the 4.
Trade Gordon to Charlotte for Ben Gordon's expiring contract and Bitchsmack, as Biyombo can either be a bench body or can be flipped to someone who wants a project or a $4m expiring contract for matching purposes.
Renounce Steamer's contract to create cap space if we can't find a taker for him by the deadline.
Move Evans to the starting 2 with Rivers behind him.
Sign a 3 for 2-3 seasons (Deng?) who can score but is able to cover for other guys' deficiencies on D.
Sign Pierre.
Tender Roberts, possibly looking for a trade.
Tender Miller.
Let Aminu walk.
Pick up Withey's option.
Feel out Smith about a new deal. If he wants too much, let him walk.
New lineup-

Dump Rivers, Gordon, Aminu, & for lack of a better term, our "coach".

Get healthy.
Find a damn 3, someone who comes off the bench to hit an open 3, and some role players.
