Im a sucker for Asian fast food. Tuscaloosa surprisingly does have a very good mix of cheap/fast to sit down/nice Asian restaurants. Of course that may be the case for most college towns.

PE is probably better than most fast food - at least it has a lot of veggies. Personally, I like it. I like to get the veggies as a side rather than noodles or rice. They have a dish similar to General Tso's Chicken that I like.

Panda Express is gawd awful. I do not think it will make it in Lexington. They just opened a Noodles Company across the street.
