Well the definition of inalienable rights are rights that can't be given or taken away. Certainly if our rights derive from the government or man we can't have this guarantee? So only a Creator could guarantee these rights. So by contrast, telling someone that they have everlasting life that can be later taken away is similar.

If there is such a guarantee, then the bestower has done a piss-poor job of enforcing the guarantee.

The point is that inalienable rights don't actually exist. They are a construct of a certain group of people at a certain time in history. There is no such thing as "inalienable rights".
Your eternal life analogy makes no sense.
