That's exactly what I asked him. Simply was wondering what sets them apart from any other local breakfast joint in America? I thought it was good, but not sure if its the next big thing. Local restaurant people will go to the ones here bc of the ownership, but outside of NOLA, I'm not sure the rest of the country will.
