Are we talking mopping up blood, or moving bodies/body parts etc?
Bodies, body parts, etc. will be handled by the coroner's office. The homeowner is left with blood-stained carpet, floors, etc. and I don't know if you've ever seen a crime scene but blood gets everywhere (walls, doors, etc.). Then if it was a shooting you'd probably have bullet holes in the walls that would need to be patched and whatnot.
You don't just "mop up" blood btw.
