Oh and men and women have same rules when it applies to sick days and PTO... excluding the whole giving birth thing, which is a little important I would think.

PB, you gals have a pretty complicated piece of equipment down there. If it takes some upkeep to allow it to continue to function, I am OK with that.

I'm probably not going to pay you as much as I would a man though. I mean, that's just silly.

The rules are either the same or they aren't. And you just proved they aren't.

Also, I can't tell you how many times I've seen women promise to come back to work after maternity leave (rack up all kinds of healthcare bills on the group) and then never return to work.
