I keep blades longer than most people would. I can get probably 10 shaves out of an Astra super chrome. They come $10 for a 100 pack (10 cents/ blade)
As to the fellow looking for a sampler pack, I paid $20-25 for a 100 pack of sample blades to get a feel for stuff. I just happened to settle on a sharper, cheaper blade.
