You make your own? That's cool. I make a lot of mine, but improvise would be a better word. One year my cow costume was a brown felt tube and a headdress consisting of some plastic Viking horns poking through more of the felt. I looked like Darth Bossie. My mermaid costume was a longish straight skirt with flaps to either side.

Hell yeah, I'm serious. My Mom used to sew all of our costumes growing up. I learned how to sew from her and my grandma a long time ago. I had to reteach myself about 5 years ago and have tried to stick with it. It's the only way you know your costume will actually be 'one of a kind'

My Dentist is kind of goofy.Always has been.I graduated H.S. same year.
He put 2 of those gator heads in a pond on the Golf course to "scare away Musk Rats".
One day a little kid pointed out to him that a Musk Rat in Alabama doesn't know what an Alligator is.
