OT Ballers- LSU Needs a Nightclub, Tigerland is Garbage

If Tigerland burns to the ground, I would be the happiest student at LSU. Thankfully I would have an alibi as I'm studying Spain (No need to say "subtle brag" as if I'm rich, this semester is actually costing me less than a semester at LSU).
The nightclubs here are insane. The bars here are bars, and they are incredible. The line between the two is fairly clear.
This line is attempted to be straddled by Tigerland. A nightclub has things like moving lights, fog, lasers, confetti, and other forms of enhancement, Tigerland does not. Why do LSU students have to put up with trailer bars half a mile from campus? Why do these bars blast music so loud that conversation is best done through charades or dry humping?
Most schools have their nightlife scene right off campus. This is how it should be at LSU. Northgate is growing and has enough bars (bars where a conversation can be had) now to support an actual nightclub in the area. Let a proper northgate nightclub be the place that causes Tigerland to whither and die as it should. I hope one of you OT Ballers has made enough of a buck to make this happen. LSU students deserve better. And hey, it would help with recruiting, TAF Ballers.
O, and here's a clip of the nightclub I went to last week.

I've never been to Spain. But I kind of like the music.

I was under the impression that the ladies were insane there. And that they sure knew how to use it.

I Kige this. After going to Athens, GA this year it makes me sick at how shitty of a college bar scene LSU has.

Oh yeah because a "nightclub" won't quickly become a shithole.

IDK where Tigerland is even at

Less than desirable clientele that would be drawn to such a club prevent this from happening.

demos do play a role, but you can overcome the trash element with 2 things (that fit in with clubs)
1. cover charge (i'd say $10+)
2. dress code (a real one, not a tigerland one)
BR isn't the town to support a club though...at least a non-homosexual one. BR is one big new country city (even LSU, for the most part)

Question: What are the drink prices like? I think Louisiana would have a tough time supporting clubs like Miami, LV, NYC, etc. No one here wants to pay $10 or $20 for a jager bomb.

Seriously. A nightclub in BR is a disaster waiting to happen.
