As much as I applaud the guy for getting it in... The POTUS is the CIC of the military. Under the UCMJ we are still punishable for adultery... Not sure about the other branches, but in the air force a sexual crime always results in a discharge. What does this say about our double standards in government?

Is the CIC subject to the UCMJ even as the civillian he is?
