basketball game since the twin towers / Chris Jackson played? After they left, so did I. Apparently, I have saved myself quite a bit of grief.

Bandwagoner? or just simply not a BB fan...

I understand, I am an LSU fan in general but I care about basketball about as much as I care about gynastics. If they were competing for a NC or maybe even an SECC, I would probably watch because it's LSU. For the most part, it is a sport I just don't care about.

If that makes you a bandwagon fan, then pretty much everyone on this board could be considered bandwagon for at least one sport.

The first LSU game I ever attended was a basketball game. I even attended a women's basketball game before I ever attended a football or baseball game. It will always pain me to not see the men's basketball program get better (or any sport for that matter that has been struggling historically).

I invest all of my neuroses and grief into football, and casually follow basketball and baseball. It's easier that way.

Are you a Duke/UNC fan?

Because if not, then you're okay.

Rooting for LSU but brushing off losses in other sports "because they aren't football" is a shitty thing to do. It's okay to not care, though.

I'm a huge basketball and baseball fan, but football obviously outweighs them considerably.

A very lucky and less frustrated fan than those who do. I even bought ESPN full court from Dish so I won't miss any of the frustration.

That's a bandwagoner. I consider myself a bandwagoner and I watch more than you.

I watch LSU basketball when there is good basketball to watch (if it's on tv, I will tune in). I did not watch much during Trent's years. I will keep track of box scores during these years but I will not alter my weekend or week night plans to make sure I see the games. I live in Memphis so I will not likely make any home games and will not make a trip just for a game. During post season, I will alter plans to watch any game. If they make NCAAs I will go see them if close enough to drive; I was in Atlanta to see them beat Texas and duke.

Football is different. I will attend at least one game in person and watch every game and buy PPv if I have to. I even had season tickets during Dinardo's last two years.

Baseball is a notch above basketball. I will makes. Trip to BR for a series.

I will never understand the posters who wear their anti bball fandom as a badge of honor....I really don't give a shite whether you watch or not just don't get why you or anyone needs to brag/start threads about it
