i ordered the xlr 250 green from elusive wildlife and they shipped me red one instead. how big of a difference do you think this will really be when shooting at hogs after dark?
my farthest shot would be 175-200 yds.

i edited the title for accuracy

I would send it back and get the green. I'm pretty sure the green shines farther.

Send it back and get what you paid for.

I don't know about green, but I have seen what a red light will do.

My brother sat in his stand one night with a spot light and a video camera. When the deer would come out and eat corn and he would shine the white light on them, they would run off. When they came out and he put the red filter on the spot light, they would sit there and eat like no light was on them while he videoed them.

I actually prefer red. I attached a red elusive light to my bow and it doesn't scare them at all...
