Pete's got a better college resume than Harbaugh and an almost equal NFL resume and if he wins the SB in two weeks, his NFL resume will almost equal Payton's.

Still go with CSP, but I am admittedly biased.

Pete 100%. Guy is just an incredible coach and defensive mind.

I would rather Rich Kotite than Pete Carroll.

Payton hasn't been fired twice.

Payton, but like you, I am biased in my pick.

I'd go with Carroll before Harbaugh. Cant really go wrong with either, imo.

Don't get the hate for Carroll, he seems like a nice guy, and his players love him

Lulz at the people picking Carroll over Harbaugh

Lets ignore the fact that Harbaugh has taken the once lowly 49ers to 3 straight NFC Championships and 1 SuperBowl on the arm of two cheesedick QBs.

Impressive, really

Pete has a .555 winning % in the NFL & has been fired twice

Sean has a .652 winning % in the NFL & has a Super Bowl victory

Pete is good but not in the top 5 like Payton is.

In this order: Harbaugh>Payton>>>>>>Carroll. Obviously Payton is the better offensive mind but, all things being equal, I'd take Harbaugh as head coach (even though he's a huge douche). Tons of other coaches I'd hire before Pete Carroll.

I guess Carroll's paper championship is ok, but the fact that Harbough didn't leave Stanford on fire is a plus for him.

The NFL needs Pac 12 coaches to coach up all the SEC talent.

Carroll

Payton

Harbaugh beating down USC with no talent Stanford teams means he is the goat.

Harbaugh

The guy beat what would have been Carroll's third national championship team with a Stanford team that went 1-11 the year before, and a couple years later he had Stanford running up the score on Carroll's Trojans.

Why is Payton always in these polls apart from being an invitation to Saints fans?

Doesn't belong.

Everyone would take Harbuagh...Hell, a lot of people think S.F. is still the best team in the NFL.

Just had to go through Seattle in Seattle.

Everyone would take Harbaugh...S.F. was a mess.

3 Straight NFC Title games...with immediate results...has Sean Payton been to 3 straight NFC title games?

Has he even been to 2?

All 3 are great coaches

2 offensive minds and 1 defensive

You can't dismiss any of them
