Good, I want Tulane to be good again (8-10 wins every year) and I want LSU and Tulane to do play every other year. Tulane can have their home game in the dome (AC and beer
), I never want LSU to lose to Tulane, but I want it to atleast be competitive. Also do you know where this property is?

I believe it's the back end of the Goldring spread that;s on Jefferson highway (the liquor distributorship). I don't know where exactly it hits on Earhart.
