Cowen and Dickson have said yes there is room for expansion.

As for Rivals, ULL's natural rival is McNeese. But they are in different divisions and different level of school, so that's done. Their chance is La Tech.
TU's natural rival of course is LSU. But Tulane didn't stay in the game athletically, so that's done for the foreseeable future. We hung in for a while with our 1/2 a$$ support from administration, but the conglomeration of the former eastern independents into conferences in the 1990s + BCS made it impossible to compete with our generally 1/2 hearted effort.

The Calhoun side of the stadium would be the place. The houses on that side are a lot cheaper. It would still be expensive to buy all of them up but it would be way cheaper than the Audubon side.
