breast em all out and make sausage at the end of the year. grey duck, spponbill, squelers, even some mallards get thrown in sausage pile. Got about 50 lbs right now.

Spoonbills?!?! Shew, after the teal, those are the next ones I pick to pot roast- unless there are woodies.
